Tiffany white cameo glass vase.  Sold at Auction for $1,400.

Auctions are proven to be the safest and most
profitable way for an individual or trustee to sell
property.

When an item is sold in a public forum of competitive
bidding, the price is determined by the marketplace.
Our goal is to see that each item or entire estate is
given the most beneficial marketplace, through careful
research, proper cataloging, and appropriate
marketing.

Each item is transported, catalogued, cleaned and
stored for its upcoming auction.   Selected items are then
photographed, for detailed brochures and advertising.
During this time and until they are sold, all items
are insured.

Brochures highlighting the auction are sent to
collectors, dealers and bidders worldwide. These
brochures, as well as advertisements in major antiques
trade journals and local newspapers, provide detailed
information to perspective customers, and as a
reminder to those on our mailing lists, of upcoming
auctions.

All our sales are numbered and catalogued, and are
held at select hotel ballroom locations, or on-site if
possible. Our auction software program guarantees an
accurate and professional resolution to each
consignor.

Consignment rates are on a flexible commission basis
and are determined after careful consideration of each
situation. Consignor settlement is completed within 10
business days.

All sales are subject to the 15% buyers premium.

We thank you for your interest, and look forward to
answering any questions you may have regarding the
auction or appraisal process.

                      Yours sincerely,

                      Stephen and Betsey Snow
